Compulsory audit of financial statements
– We will prepare you a full package of documents in accordance with the requirements of the Decisions of the SSMSC, SSRFU and International Auditing Standards: we will conduct audit of your financial activities, prepare a report for submission to the SSMSC, help with publication in the official publication of the SSMSC and placement in electronic form.
Compulsory audit
– Confirmation of the reliability and completeness of the annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements of OJSC, CJSC, PJSC, PrJSC, enterprises – issuers of bonds, professional participants in the securities market, financial institutions and other business entities, whose reports are subject to official disclosure in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of institutions and organizations that are fully supported by the state budget;
– We carry out inspections of the financial condition of the founders of banks, enterprises with foreign investments, open joint-stock companies (except for individuals), insurance and holding companies, general investment institutions, trust companies and other financial intermediaries;
– Inspections of issuers of securities and derivatives (derivatives), as well as conducting audits when obtaining a license to carry out professional activities in the securities market.

Initiative audits of financial and economic activities of enterprises in various industries according to ISA.
Tax audit – performing a special task to review the accounting and tax reports of the Customer in order to express an opinion on the degree of reliability and compliance in all material aspects with the norms established by law, the procedure for the formation, recording and payment by the Customer of taxes and other payments to budgets of various levels and off-budget funds.
